Brando Calmonte is an Italian sound hacker, DJ, music producer, live electronics performer, and sound designer in continuous artistic evolution.
From early roots in electric guitar and classical piano to Berlin’s vibrant electronic scene, he weaves a distinctive sonic identity into deeply expressive performances and immersive sound design. After graduating in Sound Engineering in 2019, Brando moves fluidly across disciplines. He fuses analog warmth with digital precision, creating a personal language that extends across performance art, sound sculpture, and club music. His collaborations include sound design for international fashion brands and experimental performances with artists from diverse creative fields.
As a DJ, Brando takes listeners on a transformative sonic journey, blending deep rhythms, raw emotion, and electrifying energy into unforgettable soundscapes. Following acclaimed releases on BKA, Flexi Cuts, and two independent albums, Brando founded Akousmatikoi Records, a platform for intimate and avant-garde productions.
