The first E.P of this 2020 is signed by a young talent from the North of Italy, he’s resident of “This is Not” party in Varese, one of the most prolific crew of our country: welcome Samuele De Santis!
His “Fatty S” E.P ranges from the pure side of house music to the rawest and dirtiest one.
In fact the main track “Fatty S” has a lot of 90’s influences, with a great sampling work behind.
On the rawest side of the E.P we have “Mad man” with a killer 808 groove, hypnotic voices, acid bassline but at the same time soft pads; instead “Walkin’ Rollin’ in Poland street” is a fast weapon with a jungle beat and crazy synths reminds the UK rave scene back in the days.
The remix duty has been assigned to Marco Dassi, eclectic artist who has a big catalogue of releases on great labels.
His version of “Fatty S” maintains more or less the mood of the original, but with the addition of classic strings and pads that makes it smoother.
